This recruitment procedure outlines the process of sourcing and deploying workers based on employer requirements.
To begin the process, the employer or agency must provide the following details:
⦁ Exact Job Description: Clear and comprehensive.
⦁ Working Place Picture/Video: A visual representation of the work environment.
⦁ Working Hour & Days
⦁ Number of Candidates Required: Total vacancies.
⦁ Basic Salary: Specified in the currency of payment.
⦁ Food Allowance: Details about meal provisions.
⦁ Overtime Allowance: Terms for extra work.
⦁ Other Benefits: Insurance, bonuses, or accommodations.
⦁ Additional Terms and Conditions: Any other specific requirements or clauses.
⦁ When employer expected the worker at working site ?
Upon verifying our ability to meet the employer’s needs:
⦁ Acceptance: If we can fulfill the requirements, we accept the job order.
⦁ Rejection: If not, we immediately notify the employer with reasons and suggest alternatives.
Required Employer Documents
For confirmation, the employer must send these attested documents (from the Nepal Embassy in the respective country):

⦁ Interviews are conducted at the advertised location and time.
⦁ Pre-Interviews are managed by senior staff to assess basic eligibility.
⦁ During interviews, applicants are informed about all job details as outlined in the sample employment contract.
⦁ Selected candidates undergo a medical examination.
⦁ Candidates submit their medical reports to us.
Applicants are instructed to submit a police clearance report to proceed further.
Once both the medical report and police report are received, Applicant will sign the contract which is provide by the employer.

Simultaneously, a final medical check is conducted.

⦁ Workers sign the final employment agreement one day before departure.
⦁ We will provide air ticket to the workers and explain them how to travel and use transfer service at the airport.
⦁ Workers receive a final briefing about their jobs and emergency protocols.
Arrival and Pickup
⦁ Employers must pick up workers at the destination airport and escort them to the workplace.
On-Site Briefing
⦁ Employers should provide detailed orientation about the workplace and responsibilities.
⦁ Maintain open communication with the employer.
⦁ Resolve any issues between the employer and workers promptly.
